Had my partner interview 2 weeks ago & I think it went pretty well. Been radio silence since then. Emailed the recruiter twice (once each week) but did not hear back.
Just wondering if this is normal? Should I wait & hope or just move on to looking for other roles. Thanks.

Take indefinitely until they fire you.

That’s my wise choice 🤣

I've worked at one company that had unlimited PTO. I still did my normal 1.5 week vacation in the summer and 2 weeks over the holidays, but added in at least 1 Friday/Monday off per month on top of that, for a total of ~5.5 weeks PTO throughout the year.
Never had any issues with it.

Is that on top of holidays? That’s nice!!
Just started but coworkers have told me they do 4 weeks on average but have seen some do 5-6 weeks and get promoted no problem
I’m usually staffed on projects for 2-3 months on average. Once I know the ending date, I plan my time off for when I roll off. I’ve taken ~25 days already this year but plan on taking more. No one’s complained because i don’t miss client work, and my sanity is still in tact :)
At TSLA people do 3-4 weeks off straight. As long as work is in good spot and manager knows ahead of time
Take time off while you look for a better job.
