Why do I feel USDC’s target audience is Indians? Does anybody else think so too?

So let’s say if my h1b max out in Oct 2023 and my perm just started in May. And so if I want to change job in late 2022 and join the new company in early 2023, will I still have another 3 years of h1b assuming I have an approved perm and still wait in line?

Has anyone recently traveled to India from the US to get their H1B visa stamped and returned to the US without delays? Have an interview waiver date for mid-Feb because I’m switching back to H1B from F1. Planning to be in India for 1.5 weeks just for the stamping, but nervous about getting stuck because of visa delays/appt cancellations..

I have an exploding offer, but don't feel comfortable taking it without first discussing my situation with my current employer, and I don't feel 100% safe discussing the matter with them while my extension petition hasn't been approved yet... My visa expires in early September, so I believe the petition should be approved soon

My husband is on STEM-OPT which expires in May 2023. He has a last attempt on his H1B next year (or any of the additional chances this year).
In the event his H1B does not come through, what are his options to stay in the country and work? Are there any?
My PERM application is under way but won’t be completed/approved till Aug 2024. So H4 EAD is not an option. We can apply for his H4 but that won’t let him work.

My H1B was first approved via Consular Notify in 2016 but it was only activated in 2018 when I went out of US to get it stamped. Now my VISA says my H1B expiring in 2021 whereas when I reached out to my employer to start my GC process they said my VISA max out date is 2024. I am confused as I am not sure when the 6 years of H1B get done and I am suppose to start the GC process? I have not doc which says 2024 as the max out period as all have 2021 as the expiry date. Please help

Pros and cons of working in a smaller city at a Big 4 (say Bristol) as compared to London? Rent is obviously cheaper but salary is also lower? Is it worth being in a smaller city or is London the place to be? Work visa is currently in progress...
