How do you balance your interview prep when there are so many possible things you could be asked about? At what point did you cut your losses in prepping last time, and what made you think that that was a good point to do that?

Hey All! I was recently laid off in November as part of a company mass layoff. I'm really taking this opportunity to shoot for a Director level position in Marketing. (I've been a marketing professional for over 10 years). I've had one or two direct reports and I really enjoying coaching and mentorship and I've been told I am very creative and strategic able to move projects from conception to creation to execution. I’m interviewing for a an EA role to CEO, who is also interviewing for a chief of staff. CEO has alluded to me being a great CoS based on recent exp, and longer term COO and has asked if I’m going to find the EA role limiting. Do I address my interest in the CoS role, plus gaps in my experience or do I focus on the EA role and finding opps to add value outside of EA responsibilities without stepping on the CoS toes? I really want to work for this CEO & don’t want to talk myself out of the EA job

Had some anxiety before starting my PE gig but after 6 months in PE my stress/anxiety is 100x worse than pre PE. I'm experiencing a lot of physical symptoms of stress/anxiety for the first time. Can't decide if this is a reason to quit or not or if this job truly gets better over time.
