I just received my performance review and my manager recommended ~15% raise and ~20% bonus, however, management only ended up giving me a 5% raise and 14% bonus plus I am expected to considerably expand my role, but no promotion. I am a senior analyst working in structured finance at a mid/large bank working ~60 hours a week and I make $85k. Is this normal? Does anyone have any advice to negotiate the raise to at least meet inflation?

I’m trying to figure out what I’m worth. I’m a director / editor who works directly in-house at an agency. I’ve directed several (roughly one a month) broadcast spots in the last year for a national fast food client and I’ve also edited those spots among editing other random national spots in-between. The production budgets range from roughly 200k-500k per shoot depending on how many days it is. I get paid 75k yearly which is feeling pretty low when I do the math. Is that fair?

I live in and get paid a typical Texas salary, where we do have state income I did a project in Detroit and am shocked how much taxes I have to pay.... and got none of it back after doing my taxes.

I’ve worked in mental health for 10 years now, and make around 76k as a clinical research coordinator. I left research in 2019 to work as a psychotherapist, but came back last year just to recover from Covid burnout.
I’m trying to decide what my next move is. I want to make closer to 100k, but don’t know how. I’m considering either private practice therapy or a hospital therapist job. Any tips in either direction would be awesome.

JPMorgan Chase - 27L, still negotiation going on (also have h1b visa if that matters in negotiation).
I am planning to join in JP Morgan. This is going to be my first company switch (working at onshore since last few years) so wanted to know below things:
1). Is 27L is good enough for 10 yoe resource ? I have seen people joining 24-25L at 4 yoe.

Analyst - level 11 at Accenture , they have revised their offer two times and final offer is:
Base/fixed salary - ₹17,00,000/- +
Joining bonus - ₹1,70,000/- +
21% performance bonus which makes it ₹20,00,000/-.

3-4 years down the line which company will add more value to me financially and otherwise.

From the outside, I always thought of PE firms to be well-oiled machines where everyone is working hard but with a clear purpose. Now starting at an LMM as a senior associate I feel kind of lost. It’s chaos - every person above me wants something else and there are constant discussions, bickering and politics being played. Is this representative of other (LMM?) PE firms, or did I get unlucky? It feels like a tech startup lol.

I received an offer to join a MM growth equity fund as an Associate. What are some important things to consider about the fund (eg associate experience, etc) before joining? What about the offer (eg comp, etc)

Just had my first experience interviewing with a PE ops team; case interview was lead by a junior employee who hadn't bothered to review a resume & very clearly had not been taught how to lead a case interview.

Any advice on where to start looking that is realistic? I'm not willing to hump 80 hours next to a 22 yr old undergrad for the same pay, but also 100% understand I'm taking a huge side step in this hopeful transition
