I’m a designer with over 10 years or experience at an agency and can’t tell where I stand work wise. Maybe it’s my midlife crisis lol. MAybe I’m aging to quick for my own good in this industry (43 here) but I’d appreciate if anyone would chime in on my work (which I can send via DM) My main reason for getting feedback is that I am having trouble getting job offers besides getting feedback that the work is excellent and sharp and all. I need to go to India in August and my current H1B visa is ending on September 07th. If I fly back in the last week of August, would it be a problem during immigration? I do have my extension approved but there are no slots available in India to get my visa stamped.

Hi, how does a h1b transfer work? my current visa expires in 2024,but I’m on my first 3 years. If I do a transfer now, will the expiry date be the same? Or will it be 3 years out from the approval date of the new transferred h1b visa?
