I did a program of 8 months in Graphic & Web design, where I learn all the basics, and two months later, I was able to find work as a junior graphic designer for 3D trophies. Comp question: I’ve started recruiting for a few PE portco ops. It’s early in the process and one of the recruiters asked me about my expected comp. 1. Does anyone know what’s a reasonable reply? I have no idea what to ask for. Just under 4 YOE. Was thinking mid to high 100s. 2. Should I answer this question early on? Thank you!!! I read the other posts and comp reports but the numbers cited seemed a bit high.
