A team member rolled off while I was still new on the project. He was supposed to hold KT sessions and send documentation of old work but has done maybe ~20% of it (i.e. sending me a list of links w/o explanation) even after I've messaged him a few times about needing some things, and it's preventing me from working effectively with other workstreams.
