Yes, I am, and I absolutely enjoy it – figuring out the right codes for medical records feels like solving puzzles, and feels so satisfying😎

When to return to work? I live in CA - my son was born in mid March and I’ve been on disability through July 8th. My original return to work date was set for July 25th assuming a 6 week disability and 12 weeks of bonding time. Since my disability was extended I still have 11 weeks of bonding left to use. Should I use it all now & push out my return date or return as originally planned and take the rest in 2 week blocks spread out every ~6 weeks until he turns 1?

What would you do? I took sick time for half a day about a month or so ago. Couldn’t clock out appropriately because my keyboard had broken right as I was shutting everything down. Texted my boss to let him know and made arrangements the next day with a new keyboard to make sure that time was accounted for appropriately. However, I find out later that my coworker had somehow gotten ahold of my time clock info and had been using it for years to check on my clock in/out times and saw that I (1)

So I have a client who incessantly texts me after the course of a “normal” business day at home nearly until 11:00 PM nightly. They happen to be in the same time zone FYI. Certainly has crossed the boundaries of courtesy of business to invasion of personal space. I’m going insane at not sure how to broach. to contextualize this is a long term project versus a retainer, so the pain will end, but any advice welcome in how to deal with in the short term. Going F-ing nuts!

Hello,

I am currently a Health Admin Fellow at a leading healthcare system. I am in a phase during my fellowship where I will have to start searching for a role within the system in the next 3 months.

I was wondering what kind of role would be best step forward for an admin fellow.

I was offered a project coordinator role but feel I should not accept the same without looking at other options. I aim to seek out a project manager role and was wondering if this would be the wrong step forward.
