I am attempting my PHR this summer but what are some tips in order for me to obtain a leadership position? Also, how long does it take to obtain another position out of state? Senior 1 here- I have recently been getting severe episodes of panic attacks every morning before sitting down to work. Unusually anxious this busy season (probably due to be assigned on a huge re estate fund client which i am definitely incapable of managing in addition to smaller clients)? At this rate, i feel like ill end up finishing busy season with a medical condition such as stomach ulcer. Every day is a nightmare for me- at a loss as to how to deal with my emotions right now...

Has anyone that left a firm with a noncompete and subsequently asked for a listing of prohibited clients? I have a non-compete relating to clients I worked on 2 years leading up to my departure. The only problem is I'm not entirely sure what clients (I know most but unsure of all) I would have put time into those two years before I left.

I’m currently an A2 in a SALT indirect tax group, but I don’t really see myself wanting to stay in sales and use tax forever. How limiting is this group for exit ops? Should I try to transfer to another group, apply for other entry level positions, something else?
