We co sleep (and that’s the only way we can sleep right now) and our 1yo wakes up three times at night to feed and fall right back to sleep(roughly every two hours). He cries bloody murder if i try and soothe him otherwise or keeps waking up every five mins before fully being awake.
How can I change this? Any ideas will be super appreciated’

Realtors, whenever you do a house showing, what is your policy on mask-wearing? I've had some people come in and get mad whenever we ask them to mask up. Am I in the wrong here? I do it to protect not only me or my team, but also the other guests.

I work in accounting/finance and have been at my company for over 10 years. I am planning to leave and put in my notice right after I receive my bonus which is right around when “busy season” starts. Unfortunately more than half of my annual income comes from my bonus. I feel terrible about this because it will cause my team to work extra hours during a busy time, but the company is toxic. Any tips? I don’t want to burn bridges with the non-toxic folks.

When it comes to raises and inflation, have people been asking their company to cover the rate of inflation? I have been in the same company for almost 5 years since I got out of school. I am up for a raise this summer and am wondering how do I go about doing “market research” so I can have a number in mind regarding my raise. I have gotten ~5% raises every year but that will not be acceptable this year with inflation. Should I ask for 8.5% (inflation) +5%?

Working for a big 4 strategy firm in London and would like to move permanently (not secondment) to the US on an L1 visa next year after getting to senior associate. Does anyone have experience with this?
