I've got a job offer in australia for 120$ Aud. Pay is good but they reached out to me via LinkedIn now all interviews done. If i accept the offer they will start my visa process. I have 3 YOE. Completed BCA & MBA - Marketing (Sinhgad College). My current role is client partner where certain account are given me for cross sales. I'm working in Fintech industry and all my accounts are Banks/ NBFC.

My current CTC is 4.5 LPA. My expectations are 10 lpa because I have seen people in my company earning 12-14 with 3-4 YOE (sales, strategy team)

Just wanted to know are my expectations high? As market is hot I have people switching from 4 to 20 also.

It feels like hire ups give a set of instructions then talk as if they don’t remember, or then decided rules A, B, C and D applies without being clear this was the case. Is this just the general startup environment? If you experienced this before, how did you deal with It?

Reorgs are just a part of the corporate world. If you haven’t been a part of one in your career yet, then you most likely haven’t been in the corporate workforce for very long. If you have been a part of a reorg, however, how do you personally approach it? There are many factors at play, but in general do you try to establish relationships with the individuals you know will be key contributors and/or decision makers going forward? Or do you lay low and let what ever happens be/hope for the best?

Thoughts on Crowdfunding real estate investment? Is it a good option?
