What does everyone think of the LinkedIn Excel test assessment?

I took it and it ranked me in the top 5% of the 9.2M test takers. I got much higher than I expected. Is this something worth mentioning on my resume? Or is it just LinkedIn stroking my ego and the test is just really easy.

Are companies starting to require hybrid schedules? I'm waiting to hear from a potential remote opportunity that's located in another state and I'm not looking to relocate at all. A friend shared that they were offered a position for a role that was suppose to be remote however when the offer was extended, the company asked informed that the position had changed to hybrid. Ultimately my friend declined.

Just recently learned my father is drowning in debt (around 300k) after he started to ask for money and not disclosing much information. We learned along with my siblings (without him knowing) he has more than 17 credit cards which I asume he is using to pay debts. This is terribly stressful and we dont know how to proceed. Have tried in the past to talk and even confront him and he gets very defensive. We want to help but are so lost on how to proceed. Any advice is welcome.

I had to sign a document saying that I would pay back all fees incurred by my company if I quit within a year of leaving after I got my greencard.
