If you are starting as an Audit Associate some time from now with Deloitte or any of the big 4, do they expect you to have passed/completed all 4 parts by the time you start? Received the Becker Reimbursement email from the recruiter not too long ago but have yet to start. I’ve seen plenty of people get to Senior at a big 4 firm without the CPA so I am a bit confused in that aspect. Any helpful feedback will be very much appreciated.

I get facials once a month and it has done wonders for acne scarring and sun damage through the use of peels (nothing aggressive).
Check out rodan and fields. stuff does wonders - I have always had terrible acne scars only thing that keeps my skin clear now. Lots of product lines to treat anything you would want to treat
Sorry. If products work that well, they don't have to resort to multi level marketing. R&F used to be on the shelves of Nordstroms and other department stores in the mid 2000s and failed miserably. I've seen my Facebook friends' posts who sell R&F products. Their social media blitz is ridiculous...preying on vanity of stay at home moms. Saying you to can be part of this awesome club with tons of sales consultant friends and going to conventions together (to be indoctrinated). My friend actually believes she can stay at home and make millions and will own a Lexus given to her by R&F. The whole thing is a farce. These consultations post before and after pictures in different lighting and angles with airbrushing to show their "results." I can't stand this type of deception.
I've gotten two rounds of IPL done for sun damage so far. It's amazing to see how quickly it lightens it up when I've been applying every product available for years and they did nothing.
Get retinol. I have the skin of a baby angel now. Gotta always remember sunscreen though if you use it.
@EY4 -- what is the downtime with IPL?
Almost nothing. My face is flushed usually the next day and maybe a little puffy, but nothing too terrible. I try to get it done on a Friday though and by Monday it's back to normal except you have these coffee ground looking spots where the hyperpigmentation was until it gradually falls off over the next week. No one can really tell though except for you.
@EY4: Agreed. I've done the same thing. Costs $350 for whole face. I lived in Hawaii for 3 years. Lots of sun damage. Biggest thing afterwards, use sun screen.
