How bad I mess up on this? We had a client that initially requested something simple. Turns out the data they provided us was pretty much useless and i had to spend a ton of time to make it worthwhile. I probably worked 70-80 hours last week just to get the data right by itsself when the SD did little. It’s been a month that HR told me that they’ll release offer, but it seems that approval is still in progress, is it normal?

Need advice: currently unemployed. got laid off last week. still applying and interviewing daily but can’t get over this one opportunity. the process has dragged on for a really long time. had a convo with the COO 2 weeks ago and haven’t heard back sense. I’ve emailed HR and the COO but no response. I feel I’ve been ghosted but at the same time I’m still holding onto hope that they maybe have a slow process.

I gave an interview in TCS on 2nd August, yesterday my status in the tcs ibegin portal changed to ‘Evaluated’. I called the hr but she is saying that it still needs to go through approvals. Any idea how long it takes for TCS to release the offer after the evaluation? Are there any chances of rejection post evaluation?

I am onstantly getting through the Hiring Manager rounds for the companies I am interviewing for but after the peer rounds with PM/Senior PMs I am getting rejected. Ine of the companies was Walmart which had 2 back to back interviews with a Group and Senior PM and I got a reject. Can the fellow PMs give me some guidance as to what I maybe missing.

I am 2 years into product as my first job. I have a new manager (former lawyer!?) who micromanages everything I do - including stylistic changes to my user stories. I tried having an open conversation with him and now he starts every call with “I am not telling you what and how to do but do x“. Any advice please?
