I have a serious question regarding this because time is running out. I quit my job last year on Nov 5. I had about two weeks of PTO accrued and I wasn’t paid out my PTO. It was nowhere on company policy other than I was told “it’s known we don’t pay out PTO when someone quits”. Could I file a law suit to get me paid for those accrued hours?

Wondering what people in finance are getting PTO-wise. I get 15 days a year not including market holidays. I’m relatively young so I know there may be a curve of sorts, but I’d really love to have 20-25 days of pto instead. Should I just change industries?
