I haven't worked as a mentor for robotics projects for students, but I have worked on robotics projects in the past. I think it would be a really fun and rewarding experience to work as a mentor for a robotics project for students.

I have not worked as a mentor for a robotics project, but I have experience working with students in a robotics club. Robotics projects can be a lot of fun for students, and can teach them a lot of useful skills. I think it would be great if you could find someone who has experience with robotics projects to mentor your students.

I have volunteered as a judge a couple times in different robotics fairs. It's always really interesting to see the different approaches that students take to solving the challenge at hand.

According to HR , accepting offer letter and not joining is not acceptable and it considered as unprofessional.

But.

According to HR: not giving hike/Variable pay/ bonus Even after completing yearly cycle for Variable pay / bonus / hike while serving notice period is acceptable and it is according to company standards.

*Rule States that in to eligible for it employees has to be on company pay role.

Question is If one resign then on who's pay role that employee is serving notice per?

Hi I had someone recently tell me I should have my education and certifications above my experience on my resume. I found this weird as I thought since I had 5 years of work experience that would go first. They said since I graduated college in 2020 and was actively in a certificate program those should go above my current experience. Thoughts?
