Mega fund PE VP salary? All in?
On salary negotiation with LTI HR, I asked 12lpa (yoe 3.8) to which she agreed. I had a counter offer of 11.5 which I have mailed her also. Upon receiving the OL (btw which I got after 2 weeks), I saw the OL was for 8lpa. I was shocked and then called her immediately. She is not responding since then and it's been 2 weeks. How so unprofessional!

Hello! Anyone working at Manta here?
Hi, I received the below offer for L65 Principal Program Manager (non tech) at Microsoft in Atlanta. I have 12 YOE in strategy consulting. Can somebody with experience with MS please advise if this is good or lowball? The recruiter mentioned that this is max for Atlanta and anything else will require an “exception” process. I don’t think I want to risk losing the offer. Thanks!!

Did you miss the town hall with leadership? You now get Unlimited Severance, so there's no accrual or payout when you leave
Well, I was laid off before this webcast and didn’t receive yet. I check with my fellow colleagues who were laid off around my time and they got last week which is like a month after the separation.
I’m not a current EY employee or impacted by this, but from reading the news some firms give severance on final check. I would follow up with your HR rep to see what the timeline is. Maybe also call your payroll hotline.
I was laid off in Sept and received the severance in lump sum payment two weeks ago
I got my severance that night before my final day at the firm- you should definitely follow up.
