Can't speak to Dallas but a lot of the office-type roles are sales, marketing, and support, with a lot of product management/dev in San Francisco, Seattle, or specific pockets elsewhere. Most consultants are going to go for solution engineer (pre-sales tech) or something in CSG (all groups that touch the platform other than sales, marketing, and product, such as program architects and other implementation, customer success, and support). If you have a great degree or a lot of leadership experience, might be a candidate for product management. If it's something you want to do some day, program architect is a gateway to that.

Dallas here. No clue how the jobs are structured within Salesforce, but apparently they’re hiring like crazy.

If anyone wants to join a boutique HR & Talent Advisory consulting firm, Kincentric is hiring for an Associate Partner role! Location doesn’t really matter, but preferably in IL, NY, or ATL.
