Random partner asked a litigation-related question to a partner I frequently work with (i’m a transactional associate). My partner cc’d me and said for me to briefly look. Asked the library. They got me a great case. Sent it back. Now the random partner is asking for more cases in another circuit.

I haven’t done caselaw research since 1L and this isn’t even my practice… wtf do I do (I am fully utilized in my normal work and have a few deals closing soon…)

I have got offers-:
1. Lti 15 fixed
2. Mphasis 18(17.1 fixed)
3. Pegasystems 14(13.1 fixed)

Pegasystems is a product based company with alot of benefits but salary is very low.
Mphasis is offering good but heard they have very less development projects and also wlb is not that good
LTI is also offering good and heard that again wlb is not good.

LTI and Mphasis are service based companies.

What should I do ?

Hi Fishes, How long Capgemini will take for releasing offer after giving AMCAT test for lateral hire. I gave on Tuesday and still yet to receive offer. All other process (Salary discussion, package approval, documentations) are over... Recruitment team is telling their work is done and following up with offer team to release offer..
