How is SAP practice in PWC. What kind of projects we can expect to work.
Also will it be support or implementation projects.
What are the work hours usually? Can we finish the work in the mornings and attend only calls in the evening to match the timezone? How flexible is it?

I have 2 offers as mentioned below. Can you please suggest which one is better to join considering current offered salary, annual increments/promotions and work life balance since I am planning for a long term association.

BMC Software
Offered CTC - X (fixed) + 15% variable (mentioned in offer letter) + 1.5 Lakhs joining bonus

Barclays
Offered CTC - X+1.5 Lakhs (fixed) + 8-10% additional bonus (HR told but amount not mentioned in offer letter)

I work in an org where am not valued. I have been there for a couple of years. I bring good exp and qualification on board, but my experience in this org has smeared my self esteem and has discouraged me from putting in my all. I am traumatized from this exp and I have lost confidence in myself. I sometimes remember how I have been treated or spoken to and I literally tremble.
