Curious how everyone defines/measures success. Is it more quantitative like getting to a certain AUM and production level? Or qualitative like positive client feedbacks and referrals from clients?

Live in Jersey City. Drivers license expiring next month. Need to get mine transferred from Mass to NJ before renewal. DMV during COVID is giving out tokens at 5am and folks need to wait for 6-10 hours outside the office apparently. Does anyone know an easier way to do this? Driving schools? Brokers? Thank you!
Just got an offer from McK for Associate position. Told my dad and now he says he’s not paying for my MBA since I landed this without it. Can’t believe he’s doing this. Sure, he paid for my UPenn undergrad, but MBA isn’t that much more 🙄
My fur baby is in Los Angeles with my parents for a better, non-PA life that includes running on the beach and lots of play time. You guys don't even know how much these pics help when I miss her.

Been in big 4 FS (Financial Services) advisory a little less than a year. I hate FS, but it seems like if I stay here I'd be stuck on projects in FS forever. Should I stick around for the 1 year mark?

Sharing for anyone interested. https://www.brookings.edu/research/a-dozen-facts-about-the-economics-of-the-u-s-health-care-system/
I am in my first HRBP role. It has been a role I’ve been wanting to focus on and get in to but never got the opportunity to do so. My imposter syndrome has kicked in, especially since it’s all remote too. I was wondering if anyone can give some advice on how to build that trust and relationship piece with managers to be able to succeed? I feel like my fear is holding me back and I am so afraid of failing again.
When meeting people within different businesses, non ibd, and looking to see where you might want to move how do you find out which ones pay the highest? Do u ask straight up expected bonus range?
Ladies, how do I handle this? I’m on a team with two other women, one of whom is a mom. She leaves early pick up her kids. My coworker and I work late to pick up the slack. It doesn’t feel fair
Folks doing interviews when laid off: What do you normally say when you mention about your situation. when I mention interviewers will spend a too much time and why it happened before empathizing..
What’s a good salary range for Director and VP of Analytics? Also is there a big difference in Agency vs Client side of things with respect to salary?
Do you guys ever feel that your friends always try to find out how much money you make and discuss how low your salary is compared with theirs?
