Anyone here going through the visa process for the skilled worker visa? How delayed has it been for you?

Hi All :) I need advise on whether it is possible to get my first time H1B stamped at a US consulate in Canada ? I am required to travel to Canada anyway for my PR stamping and I am trying to figure out if I can get my H1B stamped around the same time while I am in Canada for my PR, since it is extremely difficult to get appointments in India these days? I am currently based in US. Thanks!

I need to go to India in August and my current H1B visa is ending on September 07th. If I fly back in the last week of August, would it be a problem during immigration? I do have my extension approved but there are no slots available in India to get my visa stamped.

How some people are clearing interview and then getting into a project even though they don't have any skills, no desire to learn new things, can't perform a very very simple task even though it's already documented clearly, totally burden on team members.
