Hi folks, I have recently joined Publicis Sapient taking an offer of 14.4 LPA. I have total 4.5 years of experience and my previous CTC was around 3.4 LPA. I had various offers in hand but not one to counter this one and PS is providing me 4x+, so I couldn't negotiate much.
Another thing is I was an immediate joiner as I had left my previous organisation 3 months ago so I couldn't wait to think about this offer.
But now I think it's low, what do you think please let me know and suggest.

Try to find a tenant recommended by a friend or co-worker. Then at least it makes you reassured it’s not some complete rando and if they are friends of your friends then likely I’d the same mindset. And pick a rescue dog lover…they tend to do everything they can NOT to get kicked out because so many landlords hate animals. ;)
Money has no feelings
I get it. I think the key is to fall in love with your new home more.
Your feelings are totally normal. Knowing and understanding the emotions you may feel when you rent your home can help you manage and tackle them and may also help you make smart decisions. You should think about the investment return and embrace the joy of building a future and space for your family in the new home.
Are we the same person??? I went through this last year. But the reality is, I want a new environment so I have to move. My friend also told mevI need to adjust my thinking: It's no longer my home, it's just my house. That helped. I'll still own the house, I'll just be renting it out. And that new income stream is a plus!
