Hello Fishes, Got offer from CTS . I have offer from other company as well. But CTS paying 2lpa more. I have heared like CTS is very strict in working hours. Managers treats like slaves and most imp of all it has 35 day on bench then direct termination policy. please help. Is it good to join?

One of the best thing of the job is you won't be stuck with the same people. I'm so glad I'll roll off soon and it's been so frustrating to deal with some ppl on my team.

Need advice for resigning while on bench. I already have a start date with the new employer. Should I do a traditional two week notice or give <=1 week notice instead? My goal is to not burn bridges, but I also don’t want to get let go on the spot since I have nothing to “wrap up” besides HR tasks. I’ve read on here that sometimes they will let you go day of and pay you out for two weeks but I don’t see why any firm would do that for somebody not currently performing billable work...

Thinking outside the box: need H1B renewal stamping, eligible for Dropbox in my home country. However, going there is still risky in case of a 221g and consulates closed. Can I send my passport to my home country through a friend for Dropbox stamping? Once the stamping is done, I can travel to home country (after they courier my passport back) Is this possible or am I going crazy?
