I feel like I have much less patience for the boys club than I did pre-pandemic. Constantly being talked over, and having credit go solely to a male colleague who has done little to contribute is aggravating. I have no issues speaking up I just feel that I have very little fire left for an issue that should just be dead. Any others feel similarly?

How can those who have been trying to get a foot in tech for months, stand against those who are being laid off that recruiters are scrambling to help?? I understand these people have prestigious companies on their resumes, severance packages, and a wide network of connects. It is very sad to hear, but realistically, they won’t have trouble finding a job. But what are the rest of us supposed to do who have been trying for months to be given a chance but are now getting pushed even further back😕
