Are you looking to use them sporadically to help with bloating? Or for something else?
I used to take them to get rid of any excess water weight & bloat before pageants, but they are not good to use long term. Also, HYDRATE ON THEM. I would drink a ridiculous amount of water whenever I took them.

I would talk to your doctor and see what they recommend. Diuretics can have bad side affects with certain anti-depressants and you will also want to keep an eye on your potassium levels.

Please NO.

Drink lots of water and dandelion root tea with lemon. This is natural and won’t have the side effects that pill diuretics do. And as always - consult your doctor

For all the people who say we should max out our 401k, IRA etc, Are you guys saving most of your spending money to have wealth after retirement? That’s after 65? Let’s say we live up to 80. Ideally we work close to 45 years to save for the next 15 years. At this point, we will have social security benefits from government. What’s the point of retiring with millions of dollars if we can’t enjoy the money till 65? I know a lot of you doesn’t have this opinion,Just think about it:) Enjoy your life!
