60%-80% transition rate is pretty typical in first 12 months after you leave.
I wouldn’t count on the leads service. I’ve never seen one that works out what the tease promises

Their old 401kks left there. Not familiar with such opportunity so is it realistic? Also what channel is best through RJ if im at 50m AUM and realistically would move with me 30-40m. Any meaningful insight would be appreciated.
