Senior in Audit. Officially normal not hypbrid or remote but realistically 95% remote. I go in every month or two whenever there is an important meeting or have an IT issue. Sometimes show up on a random day in Interim and hang out with the team. But most weeks I’m at home and so is the rest of the team. We prefer it that way and are way more productive. This is a team of around 15 people.
Senior in audit. Firm is working on putting together some type of hybrid. Most weeks I stay home. On a monthly basis maybe end up in office 2/3 times
Staff 2 - I'm not a remote employee but work 100% remote except for the one time I came in for like 2 hours and decided I didn't want to be in the office.
Personally, I see it working just fine the way it is, but worry about senior promotion where I'd have to help new staff who will most likely be remote as well.

At PwC we have hybrid and fully remote. Fully remote rarely needs to go to the office. Hybrid depends on your engagements. I am worked with a team on inspection. Leading up to it they were in the office 1 to 2 days week. The week of they were all in the office the full week.
