I’m on the cusp of promotion to EM (in ~2 months) and am struggling with finding exit opps that don’t require a paycut. Currently at a T2 so first year EM comp is going to be ~130+ all-in. Currently at ~115+ (base of 90) because of the rather large expected bonus this year.
