If a company culture is rife with big egos and all the BS that comes along with it, can it ever improve? Or will the assholes always rule?

As an experienced hire on MD track I find the MC culture/mindset odd. It’s not that deep, doesn’t need to be intense. And the $ isn’t spectacular. I suspect it’s different for analysts/consultants?
