I had my tech F2F round today and I prepared very well on both my domain and tech perspective. But the interview was very simple and unexpected questions came up. Though I answered them I didn’t find a good vibe in the interview!!

I feel that I have not been interviewed properly to show all my skills. Totally there were only 8 ques asked along with Tell me about yourself!

Is it a sign of interviewer not interested to proceed further from initial sets of answer I gave?pls help

Can anyone describe Amazon’s culture for an associate corporate counsel,based on team? I’ve read a number of comments on this app and across the internet about the company in general but the individuals never specify what team they’re referring to. I’ve heard from two corp counsel that AWS doesn’t have the best WLB but Prime Video does. I’d be interested to hear what this bowl has to add. Not trying to read too much into signs because I don’t want to get hopes up to be let down, but what does it mean that a recruiter follows up an email within 1hr not by email, but phone call with an update that I’m one of the two final candidates. I’m getting interview burnout during my job search and this being the first time a recruiter followed up by phone instead of email and quickly at that. When will I see the light at the end of the tunnel?

Recently i have seen many associates are complaining about work pressure at Infosys. The working environment has gotten worse. People are working 18 hrs per day and even on weekends. Its not specific to a project or vertical. Many of my friends resigned just because of no wlb there. What could be the cause of this? Is it really possible that Infosys will collapse soon. I am wondering if the CCMC is worth it when it comes to case management positions? I have done case management for 6 years but I am not certified. I find that when I apply to case management positions that don’t require the CCMC I am either overlooked with my experience or I make it to an interview but not selected. Currently make 190k base + ~$35k/year stock options as a Product Analytics / BI Manager at a Pre-IPO comp. Just received a PM offer from an early stage (Series A) comp. After negotiations, they offered $175k-185k base and 0.11%-0.07% equity.

I chose $175k / 0.11% because $10k difference in the cash offer felt not worth the potential upside of more equity. It’s a risk but time will tell. Bad idea / paycut (15k)?
