Can I ask what her behaviors are? I may be able to share a referral based on the information you give me.
Thanks for your input. I was thinking the same things as you. She just started kindergarten (new school) and she loves it. Other than that nothing has changed. I showed her the Daniel Tiger show talking about feelings, she memorized the song there are many feelings.
I feel like definitely wondering what the function of behavior or any antecedent is. Like is she trying to communicate something to you, are there certain things that trigger the crying, does she cry at certain times of the day, does she have a bad relationship with an adult/kid that you may not know about, is someone at school (maybe even before or after school) making her feel unsafe? Asking a lot of open ended questions to have her spit out her thoughts could probably help.
