In how many days after submitting the documents does tech mahindra issue the offer letter?

The worst creative I’ve ever worked with was just hired by W+K. Never made any decent work. Didn’t care about the work. We got awesome briefs creatives dream of and they wouldn’t lift a finger, putting extra work on the rest of the team. They mostly went unnoticed in the agency except by the people on their immediate teams who hated working with them. When we found out they were leaving, everyone assumed they got fired. So how does this person wind up at W+K?

I have joined Sunlife yesterday. I was having offer from Capgemini as well but decided to join Sunlife.

I am settled in Bangalore and cannot relocate to Gurgaon. Sunlife HR provided me remote work option.

Now I am not sure that was fair decision for me or not.

How one can come to know whether the BgC is successful.
I was interviewed in March and uploaded all my docs in April and joined tcs in Sept.
My offer letter was released twice because of mismatch in experience by HR.
So my BGC is not scheduled after accepting offer letter 2nd time.
Please advice

Does TCS provides cab or bus facility in Pune / Mumbai?If yes what are the charges.

TCS HR shared salary structure ,which i did not like and shared my expectations during the HR round.
It has been almost a week after this and havent heard from then. Can it happen that they reject me basis of the expected salary ot woulf they at least come back to negotiate?
