All the above are fixed pay, please guide me to pick the best company in terms of knowledge, career benefits, and all. And please advise, and can I negotiate between these companies with the highest offer?

We recently did layoffs, I was kept however there have been changes & meeting quota has become difficult & we have a way heavier workload. The perks are amazing but I need to make more money. Got a healthcare hedge fund analyst offer with 150K base and up to 250K bonus. With comp increase potential but no clear path to be promoted to portfolio manager given the fund size. I have 6 YOE in consulting and a PhD in life sciences. Lifestyle is not much better than consulting. The hiring manager tried to convince me with “long-term upside” but of course cannot commit to anything given the fund is new. Thinking I should turn it down but wonder how others think

What books would you recommend for someone wanting to get better at sales?

Is there a job board that lets you filter opportunities by required YOE? Can’t find a way to do this on LinkedIn, google, or individual companies’ websites. Feels like 95% of the jobs I have to scroll through aren’t relevant to my YOE.

Talked to a LinkedIn recruiter who stated the range for a SM Comms role in the midwest would likely fall in the $140-160k range, w ~15% bonus and she didn’t state rsu’s as I imagine it would depend on experience. I’ve seen similar roles land in the $175-185+ range. Thoughts?

Does anyone ever actually make offers? Just when i get through 3-4 rounds and think it’s gotta be near an offer stage, it’s like oh wait, here’s three more interviews plus a case study and a panel presentation. Then wait an indeterminate amount of time for a decision, or for more interviews.

When do offers actually happen? I’ve been going through rounds now for months and months with the same six companies or so. It’s burning me out, like how many more hoops do i need to jump through? 😩

Does studying for top consulting firms’ case interviews help in any way for interviews with other firms (e.g., FAANG case interviews) ?
