Good DFW tax recruiter?
I had my first technical round of interview as Sr. Android developer with Tech Mahindra and It went well. How long does it take to know about the result. Also how many rounds are there? The interviewer refused to say his name nor he appeared on video in the interview. Is that the company policy? Tech Mahindra

They all have essentially the same interview process, hire from similar schools, pay similar salaries, and allow you to apply again if you are rejected. MBB has more prestige of course. I suppose if your goal is end up at MBB, and are inexperienced in consulting interviews, applying to a T2/B4 first would give you some experience. However, that seems like a lot of effort and I've heard lots of stories of people being rejected at T2s and accepted at MBB, and vice versa, of course. It entirely depends on your performance that day and how you click with the interviewers. I would just apply where you are interested in working and perform to your best ability in each interview.
Assuming your resume is updated, the actual application is very easy to fill out. If you get the interview, all those firms will provide resources to help you prepare and people here will be willing to help as well. The whole process can be overwhelming, but if you just take it one step at a time and do your prep you'll have an excellent chance of succeeding.
Uh what?
