Most of my staff are very weak when it comes to developing meaningful recommendations to address internal audit issues other than saying “control broken, fix it”. I have been at PwC for almost a year now but I am getting swamped with work and not sure how I like my team. My team is huge and I feel like they are inconsiderate of my time and make me feel stupid. I would say I am still learning everything because its been 10 months since I started working. Anyone leave after a year and where did you transfer to? I am thinking of switching firms because I do think big4 teaches you great skills, but my busy season being 6 months and another bc planning not ok.
