Anyone here move from Big 4 advisory to MBB? What's the best way to make the move?

I think one of the major causes of the horrible pay and benefits of B4 is the oligopoly that exists. Not yet saying the B4 should be broken up, but lack of competition allows shafting of both customers AND employees.

Hello - My brother received a job offer from xyz company which filed for his H1B on Mar 16th. His joining is in 10 days from now. But, today he received a better offer from another company. He wants to take the new offer. How should he go about transferring the H1B? What are his options? Is the only way out is to decline an H1B application even if his case gets picked in the H1B lottery and try next year for H1B with the new company?
