What are examples of consultancy driven, data driven campaign work?

I’m not really good at confrontation or doing anything to rock the boat, but I scheduled a call with a supervisor to go over compensation and I asked for a 20% raise today! They announce raises in March, so I’m not sure whether I’ll get it all, but I feel good for taking initiative and asking for it, rather than waiting to see what they give me. I’ve been at the same salary since I started in Oct ‘20 without even market adjustments and my supervisor said she’ll advocate for a good raise 🙌🏽

I have been speaking to countless friends, connections and family but need to get someone's perspective and advice that are in one of these two positions to understand my exit ops afterwards.
