Hey All, I’m a youngin who applied for a public trust. I got an interim but during one of my calls with a BI, they uncovered a misdemeanor I had in college (buying alcohol with a fake Id) that was expunged. Our lawyer said that it wouldn’t show up on background checks but obviously I now know federal is different. They haven’t done anything to my Public trust yet, but could I get in trouble legally for this omission?
