Any PwC 🐟 from Zürich willing to connect?
I've worked at the same engineering firm for 4 years. I'm currently making $161k with only a $750 bonus, but excellent vacation (4 weeks, cash out anytime, rolls over indefinitely), 45 hours a week. I have an interview with a recruiter at Guidehouse this week for a Technical Project Manager role. It seems to be focused in the government space and requires a security clearance. What sort of salary and benefits could I expect for this sort of role at Guidehouse?

The issue is probably the face mask. Find one that works for you; this will take research/trial and error. Husband highly recommends the ResMed AirTouch F20.
Make sure you're using it. Some of those machines will actually send your usage data back to the company. Something to think about if that concerns you.
2-3 months. Stick with it. It’ll happen.
ResMed Nasal Pillows worked well for me; did not even require the three nights that Deloitte 1 reported.
I would have preferred the pillows but unfortunately I require a full face. To use the pillows, I’d need to use a chin strip to hold my mouth shut.
BCG: the couple nights I’ve been able to actually keep the mask on for a majority of the night, it made a noticeable difference for me in how I felt the next day.

I got used to it (using the Resmed Nasal Pillows Mask) in about 3 days of first using the machine, a friend who started using one about the same time never *really* got used to it despite trying a couple of different masks.
Also, why isn't ResMed making available travel adapters for the AirMini! And why isn't AirMini powered by USB-C! Seems like an obvious gap (or two!) there.
I had a great sleep overnight in the sleep test center with my first cpap experience. I also can’t stay awake on airplanes. I’m blessed.
Separate questions for those on this thread - have you found the CPAP machine has made a big difference in energy/ability to focus/overall well-being? My dad has severe sleep apnea and we’ve been trying to convince him to use one but he’s been resistant to a cumbersome machine.
Yes, absolutely. I didn’t realize how little energy and focus I had until I started CPAP treatment. I was drinking tons of coffee and soda just to make it through the day. Now, if I have more than 1 soda and coffee per day, I am wired. I literally used to have to stand at my desk after 2pm or I would get dangerously close to falling asleep. Even standing up, sometimes my knees would lock up and I’d nearly fall over asleep
Took me months to get used to it. Now I cant go to sleep without it.
Took me a week to get adjusted. After looking at this thread, I feel lucky. You may want to try a different mask. I use the DreamWear full face mask, and I like it (although I can’t compare it to anything else). It’s very small and the tube connects on top of your head, so you can sleep on your stomach
