12th NOV - Got call from HR and he mentioned I may selected.
14th NOV - Got call from HR and he sent some BGV forms.
15th NOV - Attended Cognitive Test
18th NOV - Got call from HR regarding Preferred Location and mentioned he started working on OL.
1st Dec - Got OL and also mailed them for extending my doj.

Working on the PMP. I completed the formal PMP authorized Exam Prep course. Is the practice test within that course sufficient for practicing for the real exam?

Since it’s all covered by my firm, I was thinking of getting some sort of app with practice questions to supplement the official PMI course. Is that worth the time? If so, any recommendations?

Is it “easier” to make partner at T2 or Big 4? From what I’ve seen it seems like everyone gunning for partner at Big4 creates a hyper competitive environment and requires both politics and numbers. At T2 it seems like partner is given less politically and can be achieved as long as you hit the numbers.
