Not sure if this is what you're looking for but I was at IBM for 2 years.
Typical large firm cons: restructuring organization every 6 months, lots of red tape, partners couldn't sell because everything needed to get reviewed, Everyone on the team was replaceable etc.
Typical large firm pros: good benefits, noticeable on a resume, etc.
Honestly hours weren't that bad. I was in IT implementation consulting and typically traveled every week but never went over 50 hours.
Pay was actually surprisingly good!
Fresh out of UG: 70k + 7k signing
After 2nd year promotion: 90k (left before bonus)
Not bad for an IT consultancy.
