Anyone here work at Draftline? If so, care to share your experience? Seems like one of the in-house agencies that has it figured out.

The good: - you work on well-known brands - creatives are awesome. Not all of them are from agency backgrounds, though...but one of the better creatives has no agency experience. - you get to work hand in hand with some awesome agencies. Some are more open to collaborating than others - you know the brand team, they know you... and it sometimes helps push work through - During normal times you run upstairs to grab free beer at the main office. Cool to try craft beers owned on the west coast from time to time. - every ACD, which are kinda your CDs, are awesome. The CD, who’s the ECD, is a nice dude. The leaders on the PM side are crazy smart - you can jump to brand side if you wish, so that’s a huge positive for job security... The bad: - being so close with the client. Sometimes they know how busy you are and kick work to other agencies. Also never great to be so accessible - the lack of agency experience can affect some teams. - it’s very corporate. You need to work through the politics. It sometimes feels like a giant wank fest Overall, great group of people, the type you wanna actually grab a beer with after work...and fortunately working for a giant beer client you have plenty of beer to choose from

Great group of people and feels exactly like a regular creative agency.
