Anyone here work at Google or are familiar with their recruiting process? I have a call with a recruiter tomorrow for an Account Exec role. Looking for tips/advice. I have relationship management experience but not necessarily sales. Ultimately I want to leave a good impression so that even if I’m not a good fit for this specific role, they’ll want to consider me for others.

I want to make a career change since I'm not feeling fulfilled in my current role but I don't know what I want to do next. Any suggestions for how to figure it out? I've been networking with others in my field to learn about their roles but nothing even seems appealing.

I just cleared my AWS Cloud Practitioner exam and am curious whether I should pursue Solutions Architect Associate and/or Developer Associate certificate next. My plan is to get about 7 certificates in the areas that interest me, even though they are not needed for my role. Have you gotten both? Any recommendation to which to pursue first?

Do you find that most hiring managers won’t budge on that?

At the company I work at we boost every Instagram and Facebook post that we make. My budget per month was $4000 for Q2. So our impressions look amazing. For Q3 they cut my budget to $2000. Impressions for august are already down 90% compared to other months. Without being able to get more in my budget (that is not an option) how can I get my impressions up each month? My boss won’t take a slashed budget as an excuse on why numbers are significantly lower.

I just started this job as a graphic designer for a small printing company. Since working there, I've already had to perform other tasks besides graphic design. The company is really short-staffed so occasionally "everyone has to chip in" so to speak. I don't mind helping out but sometimes it happens a bit too often.
On top of that, the art department is in the same space as the sales department. So the sales lady is always giving her opinion about how the creative process should go.
