I have an inspection scheduled for a townhouse and learned that there is no access to the roof (the house does not have an attic with roof access). This is an old house (>100 yrs) and I would like for the inspector to be able to view the roof to see if there are any issues. Received an offer from a top FAANG for a 250% increase in TC. However, I was initially interviewing for a position that was remote and yet the final offer does not provide that option, non-negotiable. I have a wife and 2-year-old child and another one due in 7 months, and currently live near both sets of grandparents.

Is working at a top FAANG really worth that kind of cost? I'm leaning heavily 'no' but it's not making it easy to sleep at night knowing I'm sitting on this kind of offer!

I was initially looking for an Account Executive position, but I was afraid to be a bit bored, and not to be able to express my creativity enough in this position. From what I was explained, CSM would allow me to work in between several departments and to be very free.
In your opinion, should I wait for an AE role or are learning and growth opportunities bigger as a CSM ?

Offered a promotion where I countered for a higher rate and remote work. The firm reported that my counter offer was going to take weeks to discuss, but I wasn’t “asking for an arm”. Two weeks later they approved the initial offer without consent and against my written request to hold off until negotiations concluded. Now, I’m told that my actions have fractured the relationship
