Been feeling stuck in role and recently got offer from Merril Lynch for the Wealth Management Banking Specialist role with 85k base . My market director gave me a counter offer to stay and make me Private Client Banker at an affluent branch. What is the best choice career wise? I have been applied to citi for SRE+ops Role i have been interviewed for the onsite role for singapore..As per the singapore guidelines my is not supporting there.

So Manager/Lead tried for india offshore role first, but budget issue for new role opening for now not possible.

Find the solution to join as a contractor, once budget iw open can role for FTE.

Is it okay to just “disappear” during the holidays (thanksgiving week, week of Christmas) and let partners and senior associates know I am not available? At this point I don’t care about making more money - I just want to sleep, read a good trashy book, and cuddle with my dog.
