What does salary progression in big pharma typically look like if one were to enter at an associate director level?

I’ve just interviewed for a investigational drug research manager pharmacist manager position in New York City, NY for a hospital, does anyone have an idea about what a pharmacy manager in such a specific area of pharmacy should be making? I’ve looked online and the ranges are all over the spectrum (120-200k).

I’m a fourth-year associate who just got an offer to go in house. My experience is in litigation but I’d be working on more corporate matters, which scares me. But I hate billables and firm culture and the in-house company is a huge company where you can make moves in once you’re there.

My salary would be the same but I’d get better benefits and bonus opportunities in house. Plus I’m a mom and will have on-site childcare. Should I be scared that switching from litigation will be boring?

Actually i am in process of interviewing for SDE 1 at Amazon,
Cleared OA, Technical Round 1, Technical Round 2 as well & only thing left is Bar Raiser Round.

It is actually pending for more than 2 months, when asked the recruiter about the reason of not being able to schedule the round? They said due to bandwidth issue!
Recently they did scheduled the BR round but panelist didn't join,
and now it is again went for scheduling!

Should I renege offer from MBB?

An MBA recent grad. I signed with MBB last year. However, I have always wanted to do tech PM. I couldn’t find PM job in Fall and just signed MBB offer I have. I recently got an FAANG offer. It’s PM function, hard to break in with consulting experience.
