First few weeks at my role: I tend to be very nervous prior to meetings, hence I haven't been putting up my best performance (although the team has been saying I am doing great). I just have so much to learn in order to be up to speed and it's stressing me out. Any advice on taking it easy and enjoying my life?

I’ve been in consulting for almost 20 years. I was approached about an SVP role for a fortune 50 company, strongly considering it but don’t have a great benchmark on comp. Is $1M total comp (salary, stock, bonus) an unreasonable expectation?

My previous role was TL role but in TCS I have been offered initially AST role for which I was very happy but later while document verification HR identified a gap in the experience and have changed the role to IT analyst but the salary hike was not reduced . How long would it take for me to get promoted to AST role. I re-checked with HR if my role is still going to be a TL role after getting hired she mentioned 'yes' but there will be project specific roles.

Are there any large differences between a Strategy lead and Program manager positions? Looking to transition and in the process for a couple of roles. Mainly concerned about job role, longer term progression and internal mobility (will be moving countries in a few years). I'm a SD (2y exp) on my way to become a team lead then PM in a few months.I work in Scandinavia atm. I'd love to get a PM job later in Google so I'm trying to be strategic from now on.
I have a BA in comm and an AP degree in CS (2.5 years). As far as I can see I have 2 options: get a top up (1.5y) so I'd have a Bsc in CS then take an MsC or go for an MBA

I have two questions and need your help:

1. Does HSBC provide bonus to those who are serving notice period?. I got an offer yesterday and thinking to put resignation but I have heard if you are serving notice period on March pay day then you will not be entitled for the annual bonus.

2. If suppose your 60 days of notice period is completing on Sunday then what will be the last working day. Will it be next working day I.e. Monday or last working day I.e. Friday?

The insurance company I work for outsourced a huge majority of my work to a third party, ontellus 🤮. I am not longer able to bill for NPNP, SDT and CNOS. I received 5 separate NPNPs from ontellus that either had the incorrect case style, signature block or date. I also sent out an email today after the 5th incorrect NPNP that started with “I am honestly starting to feel like I am on the show Punk’d and waiting for Ashton Kutcher to pop into my office” continued in comments..

*Medical Records Requests / Reducing Expenses / HITECH*
I recently left my corporate paralegal role to return to a small personal injury firm. I was shocked to learn that the HITECH fee no longer applies if a client requests their medical records be sent to a third-party (e.g. attorney). Has anyone had any success modifying their HITECH request template for clients so there IS a fee limitation AND the records are sent directly to their attorney? Paying $100+ for hospital records is sickening.

I am an in house paralegal who works for a team where leadership only hold their productive above and beyond workers accountable and turns the the other way for the low performers. In fact some of the low performers have been awarded with raises and promotions. As they say… nothing will kill a great employee faster than watching you tolerate a bad one. Anyone else experiencing this?
