How long are L1 visas valid for nowadays? My I-94 says 2 years, petition stamp says 3 years and visa says 5? Not sure what's going on

Ok, I’m preaching to the choir here, but I’m a mid-level lateral, and I get most of my work now from an absolutely toxic partner that I am basically assigned to (firm is very siloed and partner doesn’t like sharing associates).
