Loving the inclusion here. But would hope they would follow up with a safety guide to LGBT travel or something given what we can and do experience in travel, even in the US. Thoughts?

How should I initiate the internal transfer from AWM to ITP (P&S) considering the fact that my current team is in need of seniors? Both my RL and Coach are in the awm, will they be not willing to help (or the team ends up kicking me out of PwC)?
Also, I am not sure whether there is headcount in the ITP group. I heard that they are not busy at all, so I wonder whether they need people.
Great group for us to have

Coming from Deloitte, I like the culture here way better. The NYC is very diverse at the Analyst-Manager lvl. But it all depends which group you’re part of. If Strategy, think it’s less diverse and culture is more arrogant. If Tech, then the opposite is true and if Consulting then it’s like an in-between. Been here for almost 5 years and trying to leave. Place is not bad but I have different goals. The Black community here is very well organized and think have a better representation compared to the Latino community.
I worked there and loved it. 100% diversity in the office I worked.
I am AFS but lead DEI for a very large account. I would categorize the culture as good, albeit there aren’t many Latinos in my firm. Our account leadership takes I&D very seriously, though, and I think we’ve made a lot of impact for our account. Trying to find Latinos in consulting is hard in general.
What about the WLB part of the culture? Don’t y’all get worked to death?
Not equally. Not as fast. Supposedly, people at Accenture and similar places (Big 4) work 50-60 hour weeks regularly, if not more.
